- Alexey Lebedev is an Associated Partner at ORTALEX and a Senior Expert at the ORGANISATIONAL HEALTH practice, based in Yerevan, Armenia.
- Before joining ORTALEX, Mr Lebedev had a successful international corporate career in senior HR roles at such companies as BNP Paribas, EY, Deloitte, and Visa. From that experience he gained a thorough understanding of the HR Transformation, Organizational Development, and Digital Transformation areas.
- He leads the HR Interim service offering at ORTALEX, as his experience gained from a variety of industries from Fintech to Performance Marketing, helps him to clearly understand the requirements and steps to set up an efficient HR function, focusing on different aspects of People Management processes at different stages of an organizational lifecycle.
- Mr Lebedev graduated with a degree in Economics and Management and received additional education from Columbia University (USA) and Bioss (South Africa).
