- Mikhail Lvovskii is an Associated Partner at ORTALEX and a Senior Expert at the ORGANISATIONAL HEALTH (OR) practice based in Wroclaw, Poland.
- Mr Lvovskii brought over 20 years of corporate experience gained with leading multinational corporations (IBM, Samsung, Linde Gas, Electrolux), including 15+ years of experience in leading regional HR teams (EMEA, Europe, Russia & CIS). He is a core member of the HR Interim team at ORTALEX.
- Through this experience, he acquired in-depth knowledge and extensive international experience in designing and implementing HR processes and programs, including HR Transformation experience. He has broad cross-cultural exposure and working experience across many regions, including the USA, Europe, the Middle East & Africa, Russia & CIS, and South-East Asia.
- Mr Lvovskii is certified in Global Human Resources (GPHR) by HRCI (USA) and accredited in Transformative Coaching by Coach Masters Academy (Singapore). He received additional education in Change Management, Continuous Improvement and Lead Management, and Job Evaluation from Mercer (USA). He acquired a Master's Degree in Accounting and Audit and, later, in Strategic Human Resources Management.
