- Before joining ORTALEX, Ms. Rudelson had over 25 years of experience in top-notch international management consulting firms (Bain&Co, Egon Zehnder) and the Alfa Group consortium. She was involved in developing and implementing market entry strategies, developing client-oriented sales, cost reduction, and improving corporate governance.
- For over 13 years, Ekaterina worked as an Executive Search consultant, focusing on the search and assessment of top managers for Russian and international businesses, particularly emphasising the technology sector, pharmaceutical industry, and retail.
- Over the last years, Ekaterina has supported group and individual transformation of leaders as a coach and facilitator. She is certified in Clean language systemic and symbolic modeling which is instrumental to creating exquisite transformational experience for clients.
- Ms. Rudelson graduated with a degree in Economic Cybernetics from the State Academy of Management and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, being one of the first Russian-speaking graduates. She is accredited in psychometric assessment by Hogan Assessments and has completed Moderation and Coaching courses from leading providers.
