Dennis Sanko is an Associated Partner at ORTALEX and a Senior Expert at the ORGANISATIONAL HEALTH (OR) and TALENT ASSESSMENT (TAL) practices, based in Minsk, Belarus.
Before consulting, Mr Sanko had a successful career in marketing, conducting commercial due diligence and market research projects in the Americas, Asia and Western Europe. Later he was part of the HayGroup (now Korn Ferry) core advisory team, where he supported clients through strategy definition, organisational design and job evaluation.
After that, he started an entrepreneurial career and has delivered multiple projects focused on Business Strategy and Organisational Effectiveness in industries such as Retail, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Oil & Gas and Software Development.
He is an experienced Change Management consultant and also a coach, working with senior executive teams. He is a Senior Action Learning Coach (SALC), a Certified Career Management Coach (CCMC) and a Certified Executive Leadership Development Coach (CELDC). He is also accredited to use the executive assessment platform Valpeo (Belgium).
Mr Sanko graduated from St. Mary's College (USA) with a double degree in Industrial Psychology and Business Administration and completed an MBA programme at Madonna University (USA).
