- Prior to joining ORTALEX, she had a successful corporate career at such companies as Medtronic, Orica, Cargill, EY across variety of geographies lately in the senior HR executive roles.
- From that experience she gained an integrated approach and expertise across all areas of HR in industries such as medical devices, fertilizers, investment management in various stages of the organizational lifecycle. In particular, she has a profound experience in crafting Enterprise Level HR Strategy, developing Reward Policies, Job Leveling and Grading Frameworks, and implementing Talent Acquisition & Succession Planning.
- Ms Titova graduated from HSE University with a Masters degree in Psychology. Recently she started studying Consulting and Leading in the Organisations: Psychodynamic and Systematic approaches at the Tavistock University (UK).
